Your account

ESPERANZA uses Google sign-in through Supabase to verify your identity. We receive your name, email and profile picture; we do not receive or store your Google password.

Student details

We collect your name, email, mobile number, college, course, year of study, college ID or roll number, and batch to manage registrations and verify participation. Duet and team entries may include partner or team details. Share those details only with their permission.

How your information is used

Authorised fest committee members can access registrations for event management, gate verification and payment support. Confirmed registration details may be exported to committee Excel workbooks or Google Sheets. Other students cannot browse your profile, purchases or registrations.

Cards and event registration

The Basic Registration Card costs ₹149 and is required before registration for any event. The Delegate Card is an optional ₹699 upgrade that also requires an active Basic Card. Event entry fees are separate. The fee and purchase are shown before checkout. Detailed timings, competition rules and event availability are controlled by the organising committee.

Payments and digital bills

Payments are processed through Razorpay once checkout opens. A payment is confirmed only after server verification. Your dashboard provides your confirmed card or event ticket and downloadable PDF bill. Duplicate checkout attempts do not automatically create extra entitlements.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact the organising committee before purchasing if you need clarification on cancellation, event changes or refund eligibility. A formal event-specific refund policy must be confirmed by the committee; this website does not promise automatic refunds.
